About
It's an homage to the cosmopolitan café, Parisian drinking culture and the dinner party. The kind of place where one glass turns into an evening. The wine list favors independent producers, old world delicacies and local gems. And like most things here it skews a little Frenchy, with an emphasis on spontaneous fermentation, volcanic soils and bubbles. They think of it as technique, terroir and je ne sais quoi .
