About
Ron is from San Francisco and he’s in charge of taking the orders, running the business side and taking care of all technical issues like broken ovens, electrical. Basically he’s building and fixing things, making sure nothing falls apart. Franziska, a German native, grew up with Döner Kebab in her hometown Karlsruhe. After her apprenticeship she worked all over the world and finally her home became Ron and together they moved to Portland. What they do: they make the flatbread fresh daily inside their food cart with the artisan bread flour from Bob’s Red Mill .
