They opened at their current Sellwood location in February 2023 by a passionate coffee lover and native of Colombia who wanted to bring the authentic taste of Central and South American coffee to Portland. The name Cinco Siete (57) was inspired by Colombia's country code, which holds a special place in their hearts. They started as a humble pop-up coffee cart, serving their community with delicious and authentic coffee, and have now expanded to their permanent location. Their coffee shop is a place where everyone is welcome, and they take pride in being a community hub. They invite you to come in, relax, and enjoy their rich, flavorful coffee that is made with love and care.
