Burnside Located along Portland’s proposed Green Loop, The Cart Blocks provide a place where food carts can thrive and are celebrated. The Cart Blocks are centrally located within a five minute walk of most hotels and Portland landmarks, like Powells. Walk, ride your bike or come by public transportation - they have plenty of bike parking, Biketown racks and are near both MAX and Streetcar stops. The Cart Blocks is a unique food cart pod that was created to preserve, promote and advance Portland’s food cart culture through a partnership between The City of Portland and Friends of Green Loop, a local non-profit.
