In 1991, Doug became the sole owner of the business and operated it with the help of his wife, Joyce, his brother Tuck (Chester Jr), and his son Theodore. Served with lemon, house made tartar and cocktail sauce. Served on a toasted bun with lettuce and house made tartar sauce.
