About
It took lots of labors of love, literally, to bring Fringe PDX to life. On the day she signed the lease, she found out she was expecting her first daughter Siggy. Since then, Siggy and Fringe have both come into the world and the Fringe family could not be more excited. Their stylists Rosie Sumstad Rosie is the owner and head stylist at Fringe, Portland.
