About
They opened Jensen’s Gluten Free Bread & Bakeries in June of 2010 with a mission to empower people by providing delicious gluten-free bread made in a dedicated gluten-free facility. In 2007, Dave was diagnosed with Celiac disease and Debbie immediately eliminated all gluten from their home to support him. As an avid home cook and baker from an early age, Debbie welcomed the challenge to learn the unique chemistry and properties of gluten-free grains, flours, and starches that were available on the market. Bread products that tasted good were the hardest to find and Debbie quickly focused her energy on developing a gluten-free hamburger bun, sandwich bread, and dinner rolls that would have a delicious flavor and the right texture.
