Kay's Bar is a small bar and kitchen and cannot accommodate parties of more than 8 without prior 24 hour approval. Renovations over the past several years have dramatically improved the interior and expanded the available seating without sacrificing the lived-in vibe that lends this pedestrian-friendly strip of Westmoreland such character. The Kay's mural was completed in 2011 by Jeffrey Wade and is full of neighborhood regulars. A Colorful Collection Kay's has an impressive collection of vintage lighted beer signs.
