From a Food Cart to a Franchise LoveVerona started in 2015 with a simple idea: bring authentic Italian pizza to Portland's thriving food cart scene. Armed with family recipes, a compact cart, and a passion for great food, they served their first Margherita pizza from a 200 square foot cart. What made them different was their belief that incredible pizza doesn't require a massive restaurant. Their efficient small-space model — perfected in Portland's food cart pods — proved that quality, speed, and authenticity could coexist in just 200–300 square feet. Today, LoveVerona has grown from that single cart to multiple locations across Oregon, with franchise territories opening nationwide.
