About
A Japanese word meaning pure, raw, undiluted, unprocessed. Nama Ramen is a restaurant located in SE Portland serving up bowls of ramen, poke, and awesomeness. After opening Samurai Blue in 2011 (and then more recently, Akasaru Ramen), they decided that they really, really like ramen. Inspired by the feelings that the word 'nama' evoked in them, they believe that less is more. Simple is their style- they want to serve simple, good food for a simple, good time.
