NW Marine Art Works is run by a determined team of artists, educators, parents, and advocates. Their work is only possible due to the support of their dedicated community partners, volunteers, donors, and collaborators. NW Marine Art Works is located in a 5,000 square-foot studio space in the heart of the Pearl District, one of Portland’s most vibrant arts communities. MISSION STATEMENT North Pole Studio supports careers in the arts, and exists to increase opportunities for artists with autism and intellectual/developmental disabilities to thrive as active members of the arts community. They foster self-determination and facilitate meaningful connections through total engagement in the arts.
