Home Portland Location their STORY their Bread Contact Catering beaverton location Although the business name is translated to “Two Brothers”, it is more of a family affair. Gabriel and Josue Azcorra—with Mexican family roots in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico—dove head first into the baking industry. After nearly a decade managing the artisan old-schooler Delphina’s—who serviced large clients like Trader Joe’s and Costco—they started up Dos Hermanos in a tiny 1,000 sq. Their Dad (Papa Gabe), their Mom (Elodia) and about 15 members of their extended family work onsite and at the Farmer’s markets. Although they got their start making classic French sourdough, they wanted to bring traditions from their culture to Portland and share it with the community.
