About
A team of two that is spearheaded by Kim Dam and supported by Alex Tang, they specialize in coffee beans that are grown in the Central Highlands of Vietnam that they roast in Portland, Oregon. During the spring of 2021, Kim opened their first quán café in SE Portland and became Portland’s first Vietnamese speciality coffee house. They seek to destigmatize and challenge the narrative that Vietnamese coffee beans is of lower-grade by crafting specialty roasts that showcase the full-bodied and distinctive flavors of their beans. At Portland Cà Phê they specialize in both robusta and arabica beans from Vietnam.
