With a mission to make exceptional chocolate using organic, Fair Trade — or better — and environmentally sustainable ingredients. At their factory in Portland’s Central Eastside, they make chocolate the difficult way: from scratch. They believe that doing every part of the process — from roasting the cacao beans, crafting each bar, and wrapping everything by hand — allows them to highlight the cacao and the creative experience of chocolate. Their mission Always Fair Trade — or better As one of Portland’s first bean-to-bar chocolate makers, they believe exquisite chocolate and responsible cacao production belong together.
