Graham Chaney Born and raised in the Willamette Valley, Graham was drawn to cooking at an early age helping his mother in the family kitchen. After spending a couple years cooking in the San Francisco Bay area, he moved back to Portland and has been leading teams in various distinguished kitchens for nearly 2 decades, most recently as Executive Chef of Stammisch, Portland’s leading German restaurant and beer hall.
