About the Dream: they provide sandwiches made with the best ingredients and house-smoked meats. All their pastrami is brined and made in-house. They use regional produce when available and local bakeries for all their bread. Their goal is to provide the best quality sandwiches and to be known as the best pastrami in the nation. Pastrami Zombie was their food truck spin off of their Sammich Chicago Italian eatery, located in Ashland, Oregon.
