Swift Watch is committed to advancing equity, embracing diverse perspectives, and working to dismantle systems of oppression in order to build a better future for Bird Alliance of Oregon, their community, and the environmental movement. They acknowledge the impacts of systemic racism and oppression in their country, and how they show up in the conservation movement, as well as in their own organization.
