About
Wildwood restaurant was founded in 1994 by portland native and james beard award winner, cory schreiber. Executive chef dustin clark’s menus are inspired by the fresh seasonal produce that they are so fortunate to have throughout the region. Clark has been with Wildwood Restaurant since 1998. Artisan Spirits made two unique vodkas, both made from scratch exclusively from locally sourced ingredients; Apia distilled from honey, and Martin Ryan distilled from local wine.
